Fix "Locking assertion failure" with MATLAB for Linux

export MATLAB_JAVA=/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.10/jre


OR


"sudo /etc/bash.bashrc" ----> add "export MATLAB_JAVA=/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.10/jre" at the bottom.
